US Olympic Medicine Team Volunteers to Aid Athletes' Success

The U.S. Olympic Medicine Team is a group of highly skilled doctors, nurses, orthopedics and other medical professionals that attend each iteration of the Olympic Games alongside athletes to aid in their success or help in times of need. These positions are highly coveted and are done completely voluntarily and uncompensated. Abby Little sits down with her aunt, Ronni Little, who works as a massage therapist for the U.S. Olympic Medicine Team. Ronni Little discusses her experience behind the scenes of the Olympics and explains the day-to-day responsibilities of the medical team.
